Description

Located on Grande Allée in Quebec City, this four-star hotel underwent an extensive renovation in 2014 at the request of Château Laurier. Garoy Construction carried out this mandate to complete the construction and refurbishing of 36 rooms spread over 4 floors in this ancestral building. The new urban design features a refined, light-filled decor and new, more spacious rooms.

To support the rollout of its new brand image, the Château Laurier hotel commissioned Garoy in 2018 to completely redesign its lobby. In this historic building, the challenge was to create a contemporary space featuring noble materials such as wood, glass and metal.

To maximize the luminosity of the premises, generous fenestration was chosen. The project also included renovation of the sales offices and construction of a new marquee. The hotel facade was also completely redone. Moucharabieh panel cladding adds an unmistakable, original touch.
